Achieving traditional airline goals with the contribution of strategic and operational planning ​

Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, and MBO have played a vital role in achieving the traditional goals of our client who is an airline in the Emirates. The importance of operational planning for airlines was discovered, as how they can set and achieve their goals using the Management by Objectives (MBO) process.​


A series of interviews were conducted, from which it was found that the majority of respondents believe that the company in question finds it difficult to reach its traditional objectives and also in the process of implementing effective strategic and operational planning, and for this reason they receive strong competition for that by encouraging the organization to integrate the management to objectives (MBO) process from To enhance the efficiency of strategic planning, in addition, we noticed that the company did not succeed in achieving the same amount of success that it achieved in Dubai, so we encouraged to develop a strategy for its operational planning to provide strong competition to its competitors around the world.​


And after doing a set of studies and interviews, we found out that it needs to integrate different policies and strategies while maintaining its goal and to use effective communication strategies that would alleviate the problems of the multicultural team to be able to communicate easily with each other. All of this contributed to the adoption of teams An integrated work because it defines the framework for action and competition, clarifies both threats and future opportunities, develops problem-solving methods, improves decision-making methods, improves communication, and exchanges knowledge of goals among members of the organization.
